Shipping
Software Licenses and media packs are usually sent within the
next 24 hours from purchase date or after customer
payment funds are cleared; Except from orders made on Fridays
after 4PM Eastern Time, Saturdays, Sunday and
holydays.
Software Guarantee
90 Days Guarantee on all products. Yearly maintenance plans are
available for all products. If customer is not under
a maintenance plan and decides to upgrade to the next version the
following scales will be utilized to calculate cost:
3 to 6 Months Customer
pays 20% of the product list price
6 to 12 Months Customer pays 30% of the product list price
12 to 36 Months Customer pays 80% of the product list price
More than 36 Months 100% of the product list price

Return Merchandise for
refund

Returns are accepted beyond 30 days from shipping date.

All
returned merchandise for refund must be in absolute
perfect and new condition, in original carton with all
manufacturers included accessories.

Minimum
restocking fee is 20% for all returned merchandise.

Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any
way.

Shipping charges we incur are not refundable unless the return is
due to our error.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping / insurance to our
warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items
lost during shipping.

Your
refund will be in the form of your original payment (on the same
credit card as the original purchase) and
will take up to 14 days to process. Depending on the cycle of your
credit or debit card, it may take up to two
cycles for the credit to be applied to your account.

Any
freight-damaged goods should be reported immediately within 5 days
of receipt to UPS, FedEX or carrier.
